We understand that your gear is an important investment, and we want to get it right! This is why, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days by ground mail*. The returned product must be new, unworn, with tags on. After we receive the return, you can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). Additionally, returns can also be processed at either Savoy Equipment locations.
*We do not accept returns on underwear, socks, toques, ballcaps, visors, or Nanoshields for hygiene purposes. We also can not accept cancellations or process refunds/exchanges on orders for custom-made products.
If you have received a what you believe to be a defective product, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form. We will respond in a timely manner. Your original receipt and photos of the defects are required. Please note that Pfanner does not have an official warranty policy, and requests for repair are considered on a case-by-case basis. Pfanner does not provide warranty replacements, except for in extraordinary cases.

If you would like to return the item(s) from a Canadian address, please fill out the return authorization form below in the link below. This will automatically generate a return label.
In order to generate the label, you will need your 5-digit Pfanner Canada Order number, as well as the billing and/or shipping postal code.
FROM THE USA
If you would like to return the item(s) from an American address, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return label. Some shipping fees may apply for return shipments from American addresses. In extraordinary cases, restocking fees may apply.
