If you believe you have received a defective product, please fill out the form below and upload the required documents. Accepted file formats include .png, .jpg, and .pdf.

All warranty requests will be considered for repair. Warranty replacements are not provided, except for in extraordinary cases.

  • NOTE: If your BT-COM network has not been updated via the app, please complete this process before submitted a warranty request. Warranty requests will not be considered until all units have been updated.
