I understand that after my design has been approved, this order is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

I understand that the design fee is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled before approval.

I understand that trademark and copyright images and phrases cannot be produced.

I understand that I have the right to request changes to my design up to 5 times, and that my design can be applied to as many custom Protos® Visors as I choose to order.
