I’m on my second pair of Zermatt Boots.
The first pair cracked open on the top. I submitted a warranty claim, and it was immediately accepted. I was shipped a new pair of boots within a week. The replacement boots lasted over 2 years of daily use, with 60-74 hour work weeks.
I ordered my next pair from The Arborist Store. They shipped them right to where I’m working on a remote worksite. The new boots feel super comfy right out of the box.
