The Gladiator pants are the toughest pant out there! Daily use in forestry (also use for hiking) for 2 years and I am yet to have any kind of rip or tear. The reinforced knees and ankle add extra durability, plus the built in gaiters are a nice touch. These will be my go to outdoor pants for years to come!

In 30 years of work, these are the best bush pants I’ve ever had. I am going into the third season. Not a single thorn penetration while ploughing through swaths of devil’s club or wild rose. Even when wet, they don’t stick to the skin, so it’s easy to lift legs over logs. Very roomy, basically no resistance from the fabric while climbing obstacles. Definitely windproof; dry out within 15-20 minutes when not in contact with wet bushes and even without the sun. Moreover, I didn’t experience any wetness discomfort while having a breather. Water seems to drain over boots when gators are out. There are lots of pockets for small gadgets. The only issue I had when the thin back fabric touches your thighs, and you are not moving; it is easily penetrated by mosquitoes, and you would get bites there. But the bug dope solves the problem. I’ve never used pants in the winter, so I don’t have any feedback for this time of year.
