WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

GUARANTEE

We understand that your gear is an important investment, and we want to get it right! This is why, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days by ground mail*. The returned product must be new, unworn, with tags on**. After we receive the return, you can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). Additionally, returns can also be processed at either Savoy Equipment locations.

Backorders (stocking items that are currently out of stock):
Normal return policy applies, and order can be cancelled and refunded at any time.

Special Orders (non-stocking items that are ordered and imported from Austria):
Normal return policy applies, and order can be cancelled and refunded at any time.

Custom Orders (items that are custom-made to specific specifications):
Final sale. Cannot be cancelled or refunded at any point in time.

*We do not accept returns on underwear, socks, toques, ballcaps, or visors for hygiene purposes. We also can not accept cancellations or process refunds/exchanges on orders for custom-made products, including Maclip Lamp Installs.

**Re-stocking fees may apply to items that are not returned in near show-room condition. Examples of situations that may warrant re-stocking fees include, but are not limited to: dirt & debris, odours, missing tags, and excessive pet hair.

WARRANTY

If you have received a what you believe to be a defective product, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form. We will respond in a timely manner. Your original receipt and photos of the defects are required. Please note that Pfanner does not have an official warranty policy, and requests for repair are considered on a case-by-case basis. Pfanner does not provide warranty replacements, except for in extraordinary cases.

If you would like to return the item(s) from a Canadian address, please  fill out the return authorization form below in the link below. This will automatically generate a return label.

In order to generate the label, you will need your 5-digit Pfanner Canada Order number, as well as the billing and/or shipping postal code.

If you would like to return the item(s) from an American address, please  fill out the return authorization form below in the link below. Once we reeive your inquiry, we will email you a shipping label and provide further instructions.
